Our Nº3 aged rum is born from a careful selection of rums crafted in Venezuela from the finest sugarcane molasses. Fermented, distilled, and aged at source for 3 years, it then completes its maturation at our winery in the Priorat, under the influence of the continental climate, adding complexity and a character all its own.
