Vermouth Dos Déus Smoked: Dip

Dos Déus Dip is the result of smoking the aromatic plants and letting the vermouth rest in new, charred American oak barrels, such as those used for bourbon production.

Dos Déus Dip, 15% vol., is an extreme vermouth, inspired by Islay whiskey and American bourbon. A vermouth with strength and as diabolical an edge as the DIP, a dark infernal wolf-like beast that terrorized the villagers of Tarragona, and that was believed to suck the blood of its victims.

Made following the Scottish distilling tradition of toasting the plants using charcoal smoke and organic peat, which serves to dry the plants and add flavour to them.

Blended with Priorat wines to produce a new vermouth.

Refined using the Tennessee bourbon method, leaving the vermouth to rest in new, extra-toasted 200-litre American oak barrels.

To enjoy on its own with ice or in cocktails.
