DOS DÉUS ORIGINS
Our white vermouth is like a calm sea, smooth, refreshing, with a fusion of typical Mediterranean aromas. For this reason, our white vermouth is related to Poseidon, the god of the sea.
Produced in the Priorat wine region of Spain.
Made from 100% Muscatel grapes and natural botanicals.
A mediterranean recipe with light spicy touches.
38 herbs and spices including thyme, sage, chamomile, and vanilla.
The sweet notes come from the Muscatel which provides a full nose and mouthfeel with a clean finish.
Nose: Mediterranean aromas such as Muscat grape, elderflower, and thyme merge with spicy aromas such as cloves and nutmeg.
Palate: The mediterranean aromas are accentuated, highlighting thyme, marjoram, and absinthe. On the front of the palate it is sweet and voluminous, balanced by a high acidity and intermediate bitterness , resulting in a clean mouth-feel.
Finish: The long persistence of the Mediterranean notes stands out.
