1. Purpose

2. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions, and, where applicable, any specific conditions.
These terms will remain valid indefinitely, although PRIORAT B&D LAB SL reserves the right to modify them unilaterally.
The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery Scope
We deliver to the following European countries and regions: Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.
5. Who Can Purchase
Purchases are restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.
It is expressly prohibited to purchase or supply alcoholic beverages to minors under 18. The user guarantees that both they and the person receiving the product:
- Are over 18 years of age.
- Reside in a country where delivery is permitted.
- Are not violating local laws regarding the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.
7. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours of purchase, including the order number and applicable conditions.
8. Product Availability
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or, if preferred, cancel the order.
9. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Orders will be delivered to the address provided within the established geographic area.
The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or supply alcoholic beverages to minors.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information, issues beyond the control of PRIORAT B&D LAB SL or the shipping company, or recipient absence.
In such cases, we may charge for transportation and shipping costs incurred due to the failed delivery attempt not attributable to our company. Customers should also note that delays, service quality, and shipping costs depend on the carrier and not PRIORAT B&D LAB SL.
10. Prices and Additional Charges
Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included and will be detailed before completing the purchase. For orders outside the EU, the user must pay any applicable import taxes and customs duties.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted via a secure payment gateway.

12. Retention of Ownership
Products remain the property of PRIORAT B&D LAB SL until full payment is received.
Until then, the buyer must keep them in good condition and may not dispose of them.
13. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided they have not been opened or used.

- Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method used.
- For returns due to defective products or transport damage, PRIORAT B&D LAB SL will replace the item with a new one in perfect condition.
- If the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative in stock.

14. Warranties
The buyer must check the quantity and quality of the products upon receipt and notify us of any issues. In the event of defective or non-compliant products, notify us as soon as possible (within a maximum of two months) at
