Our red vermouth is complex and sophisticated, strategically combining different aging methods, such as Sherry barrels and Priorat red wine barrels with a blend of botanicals to achieve a unique profile. For this reason, our red vermouth is associated with Athena, the goddess of wisdom and war, who uses her wisdom and strength to achieve the unique blend of flavours.

A complex proprietary formula that is completely unique.
40 herbs and spices including sandalwood, aloe vera and juniper.
Matured in Sherry and Priorat barrels for 6 months, then blended.
Sweet notes come from aging in the Sherry and Priorat wine barrels.
Tasting notes
Nose: Spicy aromas such as clove and nutmeg, blend with the wood notes of Sherry and Priorat wine barrels.
Palate: The gentian root and wormwood combine with the herbs to create a semi-sweet and voluminous mouthfeel balanced by a high acidity and intermediate bitterness leading to a clean finish.

Cocktails

_Negroni Coffee Sour
1 oz gin
1.5 oz Dos Deus Red vermouth
.5 oz sugar syrup
.5 oz Campari with coffee *
.5 oz lemon juice
Lemon twist garnish
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker and strain. Serve in an Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes

_Manhattan on the Rocks
1.5 oz Rye Whisky
1 oz Dos Deus Red vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Top with ginger beer
Orange twist garnish
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass, strain and serve in an Old Fashioned glass with ice, top with ginger beer
* Campari with coffee
5 oz Campari
1/4 cup of freshly thick ground coffee
Macerate for 5 minutes in an Aeropres
Close the Aeropres and push to get the extract
If you do not have an Aeropres, add 1/4 cup of coffee beans in the Campari and macerate

_Toast with the Gods
1.5 oz plum purée
1.5 oz Dos Deus Red vermouth
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Top with stout beer
Cacao nibs garnish
Pour all ingredients in cold long glass with ice cubes
