NOJAE 
EDELFLOWER
NOJAE is made in small batches using the highest quality elderflower flowers that in contact with water will release all their delicate perfume, flavor and essence. To the result of this maceration, pure distillate is added in specific portions. Finally cane sugar will be slowly incorporated to achieve the final product full of fresh citrus and soft floral notes.

Ideal to drink on its own or in mixed drinks.
Its light and floral nature makes it an ideal companion for all white distillates.
Tasting notes
Nose: Floral and pleasantly sweet notes. Lychee, pear, a touch of citrus that brings freshness.
Palate: Silky and smooth. Delicately sweet with all the complexity of floral and fruit notes (pear, lychee, pineapple..). Citrus notes add complexity
Final: Fresh and delicate, yet complex and persistent.
